Morning Pages – Don’t Overthink Them, Just Do Them

Morning pages are by far one of the best tools for getting positive, staying positive, and living with intention. If you do nothing else consistently, do these. They are Iron Man of actions and processes to start living a joyful and positive life. I have also found them to be INSANELY powerful tools of manifestation. Here’s my process, but feel free to tweak in any way so that these become a mainstay in your daily routine!

Step 1 – Gratitude!

These are simple, 1-2 lines of things you are thankful for at the moment. DO NOT FORCE YOURSELF TO BE GRATEFUL! Yes, that is a thing and it’s an easy trap to fall into if you don’t know any better. If you’re having trouble finding something to feel grateful for, go general. Are you happy the earth is turning, the air is fresh, you can hear the birds, you can go for walks outside. Go as general and big picture as you need to in order to feel at least a little real gratitude for something. Do at least 1 page, 3-4 is great but at least 1 page.
